I've owned every stage of the process: planning, directing on set, managing post, and building the workflows underneath it all. Give me a complicated idea and I'll find the story a person will actually sit through. I've hired and mentored every person on my current team. At Shift4 I built the motion language for a company-wide brand refresh. And I'm as comfortable presenting to a creative director as I am being deep in a edit timeline at midnight before a launch.

The tools have changed a lot over my career, and honestly that's one of my favorite parts of the job. I keep current with AI video (Veo, Runway, Sora, HeyGen) because it makes my team faster and the work better. This year I’ve rebuilt our entire project management system with Claude Code.
